SPSA is dedicated to providing rural communities with the tools to improve their infrastructure for themselves. Our community outreach provides resources to further the quality of life for members of the community and create a network of resources for individuals to create a better life.

SPSA has donated to helped local Clinics that provide care to the community of Springfield, St. Elizabeth, Jamaica. We provide medical supplies for local nurses through a donation to improve the quality of medicine provided to the community.

We took action in the community Clinic to improve the facility. The G.Hill Clinic was in need of repairs to its roof, foundation and proper restroom facilities. Check out the full story here
